Terms of service

GENERAL

-I don't work with written description of character, I can only work with clear visual reference sheets
-Don't rush me or ask every 5 minutes how work is going! Drawing takes time and I will notify about any delay
-I always send two WIPs, first sketch and color. I send some WIPs when I'm rendering to ask about changes. I can send more if you ask
-Mostly, you can choose between few sketches and type of shading. I will not start rendering any other sketch than the first approved one.
-I have right to decline of your commission without giving u a specific reason

WHAT I DRAW

I draw: humans, humanoids, anthro characters, fanarts, animals(only as an additional for the character)

I don't draw: NSFW, real people, very complex designs, extremely stylized characters, chibi, more than 2 characters on one piece

PAYMENT TERMS

-You can pay before I start or after sketch acceptation
-I take payment using Paypal[USD] or bank transfer, occasionally Deviantart points[$1=100 points]
-Price depend on general complexity of the character, pose and background. I may charge more for: complexity in character design, feathered wings, detailed background, additional big object or animals
-Second character +80% of the base price
-I DON'T make refunds of your request. I do them only when I'm not able to finish your commission.

COMMISIONER RIGHTS

I'm allowed to:
-Promote myself with your commission(post on social media, use in my portfolio and stream process on Piscarto)
You are allowed to:
-Use this artwork for non profit use
-Print it, use as a wallpaper/icon/avatar/ect.
IF YOU WANT TO USE MY ARTWORK IN GAME/BOOK/FILM/WHATEVER, ASK MY FIRST!
You are not allowed to:
-Claim it as your own made/made by you
-Use this artwork against me or anyone else
-Sell copies or prints of my artwork
-Repost it without my permission
-Edit and removing watermark and signature
